Company Policy: Exchanges and Store Credit

Policy Statement:

At HRMnewyork, we strive to provide exceptional customer service. This policy outlines our guidelines for exchanges and store credit, ensuring a fair and satisfactory experience for our valued customers. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Exchanges within 14 days of purchase, customers are eligible for exchanges on products that meet the following criteria:

    a) The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

    b) The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase is presented.

Exchanges may be made for items of equal or greater value. If the desired item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide alternatives or issue store credit.

Store Credit is offered as an alternative to exchanges.Within 14 days of purchase, customers may request store credit for eligible items.Store credit will be issued in the form of a HRMnewyork gift card or voucher, equal to the value of the original purchase.Store credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for one year.

All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return money back (refunds).

Final sale items include, but are not limited to, clearance merchandise, discontinued products, and promotional items. Exceptions may apply in cases of product defects or damage incurred during shipping. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

To initiate an exchange or store credit request, customers must present the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase to our customer service team within 14 days of the purchase date. Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of the item for exchange or store credit based on the criteria mentioned in this policy. If the item meets the eligibility criteria, customers will be provided with the option of an exchange or store credit, as per their preference.

In the case of store credit issuance, customers will receive a HRMnewyork gift card or voucher equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

Store credit can be used for future purchases either in-store or online, as specified by the customer.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The following shipping costs will be applied to your purchase:

$25 USPS Ground Shipping 5-7 days

$45 USPS Priority Mail Express

For exchanges and returned items over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
