These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, HRMstyle.com (the “Website”), including all products, services, content, features, and transactions offered through the Website.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Exchanges & Store Credit Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Website is intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
By using the Website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
● You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
● You possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
● Any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
● You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.
HRMNEWYORK reserves the right to refuse service or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
3. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
HRMNEWYORK reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms periodically to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or services.
Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised effective date.
Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply prospectively from their effective date and will not retroactively alter the material terms of purchases already accepted.
Continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
4. WEBSITE ACCESS & ACCOUNT SECURITY
HRMNEWYORK strives to maintain a secure and reliable digital shopping experience.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, products, or services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, or business purposes.
Customers who create accounts are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree to:

5. PRODUCT PRESENTATION & DESIGN INTEGRITY
HRMNEWYORK is committed to distinctive design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the individuality of each collection.
Our merchandise may include limited-production garments, handcrafted pieces, upcycled materials, vegan leather, specialty textiles, custom embellishments, and one-of-a-kind designs.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and pricing are accurate.
However, customers acknowledge that:
A. Color Representation
Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photographic equipment, and display technology.
B. Handcrafted Variations
Hand-finished, embellished, painted, or individually constructed garments may exhibit subtle variations that reflect their craftsmanship.
C. Upcycled & Repurposed Materials
Products incorporating vintage, reclaimed, or repurposed materials may display unique characteristics that are disclosed in their product descriptions.
D. Product Availability
Certain designs may be produced in limited quantities or offered exclusively as one-of-one pieces.
E. Measurements & Sizing
Customers are encouraged to review product measurements and sizing information before purchasing.
These disclosures do not eliminate customers’ rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or nonconforming merchandise.
6. PRICING, PAYMENTS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All prices displayed on HRMstyle.com are listed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees will be disclosed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

● Adjust product prices before an order is accepted.
● Correct typographical or technical pricing errors.
● Limit purchase quantities when reasonably necessary.
● Decline or cancel orders involving suspected fraud or payment irregularities.
● Discontinue merchandise without prior notice.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.
An order is accepted when HRMNEWYORK confirms acceptance or dispatches the merchandise, whichever occurs first.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
HRMNEWYORK will not increase the price of an accepted order without obtaining the customer’s agreement.
7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
You authorize HRMNEWYORK and its payment processing partners to charge the total amount disclosed at checkout.
For security purposes, we may request reasonable verification before processing or shipping certain orders.
Orders may be delayed or canceled when payment authorization cannot be verified.
HRMNEWYORK reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and cooperate with payment processors or appropriate authorities as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute unauthorized or improper charges.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HRMNEWYORK offers shipping services subject to destination availability, carrier restrictions, and applicable laws.
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are presented during checkout.
A. Processing Times
Processing times vary according to product availability, order volume, and whether an item is ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or custom-designed.
B. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
HRMNEWYORK is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be charged where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
9. EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
HRMNEWYORK maintains an exchange and store credit policy designed to preserve the quality and integrity of our merchandise while providing fair customer service.

To qualify, merchandise must generally:
● Remain unworn, unused, and unwashed.
● Be returned in its original condition.
● Include original tags and accompanying accessories.
● Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
● Be free from alterations, damage, stains, odors, or other signs of use.
B. Exchange Value
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for the difference.
C. Store Credit
When an eligible exchange cannot be completed because the requested replacement is unavailable, HRMNEWYORK may offer an alternative item or store credit.
D. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, eligible change-of-mind returns are handled through exchanges or store credit rather than refunds to the original payment method.
E. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee may apply to eligible merchandise only when the applicable fee and conditions were clearly disclosed before purchase.
F. Exclusions
Custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially commissioned merchandise may be designated final sale, subject to applicable law.
Final-sale designations do not eliminate statutory rights relating to defective or misrepresented goods.
The complete Exchanges & Store Credit Policy governs eligibility, procedures, and applicable conditions.
10. CUSTOM, BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE
HRMNEWYORK offers select custom-designed, bespoke, and made-to-order garments.
These services may involve individualized measurements, specialty sourcing, custom construction, hand-finishing, and exclusive design development.

Custom orders may require a deposit.
Any deposit amount, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed before the customer commits to the order.
C. Production Timelines
Estimated completion dates may vary depending on material availability, design complexity, and production requirements.
HRMNEWYORK will communicate material changes to agreed timelines where reasonably practicable.
D. Changes & Modifications
Changes requested after design approval may result in additional costs or revised production timelines.
Any additional charges must be agreed upon before the relevant work proceeds.
E. Cancellations
Custom-order cancellation rights and any applicable charges will be determined by the terms disclosed and accepted at the time of commissioning, subject to applicable law.
F. Final Sale
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise may be designated final sale when clearly disclosed before purchase.
This designation does not exclude remedies required by law.
11. STYLIST PULLS, EDITORIAL LOANS & GARMENT RENTALS
HRMNEWYORK may provide garments and accessories for editorial productions, celebrity styling, commercial shoots, runway presentations, and approved professional projects.
All such arrangements are subject to availability, approval, and a separate written rental or clothing pull agreement.
A. Standard Rental Fee
The standard rental fee is $200 for up to seven (7) approved items, for a rental period of up to seven (7) calendar days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B. Rental Fee Credit
If the client elects to purchase an eligible rented item, the $200 rental fee may be credited toward that item’s retail purchase price.
The rental fee credit:
● Applies only to the rental transaction for which it was paid.
● May not exceed the eligible item’s retail price.
● Is not redeemable for cash.
● May be applied only once per rental transaction.
C. Responsibility for Merchandise
The renting party is responsible for exercising reasonable care while merchandise is in its possession or control.
D. Late Returns
Late returns may incur a fee equal to 10% of the applicable item’s retail value per day, where expressly agreed in the separate rental agreement and permitted by law.
E. Damage or Loss
Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged merchandise may result in charges up to 100% of the applicable item’s retail value, subject to the rental agreement, applicable law, and any relevant insurance recovery.
F. Unauthorized Alterations
Garments may not be altered, permanently modified, or used in a manner inconsistent with the approved project without prior written authorization.
G. Editorial Credits
Any required designer credits, publication restrictions, and promotional usage permissions must be established in the applicable written agreement.
The separate HRMNEWYORK Clothing Pull & Rental Agreement controls the specific terms of each approved rental or loan.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
HRMNEWYORK does not guarantee that the Website will always operate without interruption, technical error, or unauthorized interference.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the operation of the Website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, consumer guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HRM & Company LLC and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and authorized service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website where such limitations are legally enforceable.
For claims arising from a specific product or service transaction, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount or different remedy is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
